Membership sign-up process:
All league curlers are required to be Heather Curling Club members. Existing club members were transferred into the new website, so please login with your existing user name which you should have received in your email. If you don't remember your user name or password, please do not create a new account, but use the request user name and/or password tools on the right hand side of the webpage to retrieve it.
New members; please create an account using the button on the right side of the website. New applications are approved manually to maintain oversight of the membership. We will do our best to approve new members as quickly as possible (usually within 8 hours). Once approved you will be able to continue signing up for your membership. Once you have completed the membership process you will immediately be able to create or join a league.
Club Membership/League Dues
Club members may compete in one or more leagues. There is no additional fee for playing in multiple leagues.
The annual Burns Bonspiel is available to club members only and is included at no additional charge.
Member dues include USA Curling basic membership level. For more information about USA membership levels click here.
Returning Member dues are $250 for the season. This includes HCC members returning within the past 5 years and curlers moving from another club to HCC.
New Member dues are $100 for the season. We want to encourage new members to join and offer a discount member rate for the first year to help get you started. To be eligible as a new member, the individual shall not have been a member of this club or any other club in the past 5 years. After your first year, you become a Core/Returning Member and your dues will be at that rate moving forward.
Junior Member dues are $50 for the season. To qualify as a youth curler, you must be 21 or under on Jan 1st of the curling season.
Dues are due the first night of league. They should be paid to Heather Curling Club or given to Treasurer; Nathan Moore or Noah Germo. Venmo is accepted now as well.
Substitutes: Subs can curl two games without paying dues. After that, a fee of $10 per game is required.
